Reporting by account officer, branch, action date, days delinquent and a variety of other criteria. Where there is a need for reports to support specific processes, they can be implemented easily.
Full support for the automated creation of letters to clients. These letters are fully customizable and an unlimited number of such letter types can be created to meet specific needs. Of course, a complete record of all such letters generated is retained and can be viewed at any time.
Full interactive search capability, including the ability to search on name, range searches, action date and days delinquent. From a single screen users can generate letters, review previous letters sent, enter diary notes and review and modify action dates as necessary
