It does this by providing nostro provider banks and their account holders with a single consolidated view of their nostro positions in each currency, including bank account and transaction information, in real time.

Real-time information also has a positive impact on customer service and in supporting banks' current compliance initiatives while helping them proactively prepare for the next round of regulation.

A growing number of the world's leading nostro banks provide real-time data to be standardised and consolidated on the Clareti Cash Reporting Service. User banks can access this consolidated real-time information on their nostro positions either via a web browser or as a data stream formatted to user requirements that can be integrated with their back office systems.

Clareti Cash Reporting enables banks to view nostro account transactions in real-time via SWIFTNET or over a secure authenticated internet connection

The nostro provider, at consistent and regular intervals, sends nostro-related balance and transactional data to the consolidation platform (hub). The data is reformatted, aggregated and normalized into a database store providing a 'single view' and is immediately available in real time on the desktop browser. The consolidated 'one view' information can, also be put into a common SWIFTNet-compatible XML format and sent to the bank's back-office systems.

The nostro data is continuously updated, in real time.
