Gresham Computing plc (LSE: GHT), the specialist provider of real-time financial solutions and storage solutions, today announces the appointment of Rob Grubb as Company Secretary effective immediately. Rob is a Chartered Accountant having qualified with Ernst & Young LLP and is Gresham's Group Financial Controller. He replaces Chris Errington who continues in his role as Finance Director
