The Company was notified on 22 March 2006 that, following the purchase of 172,192 shares on 17 March 2006 the Strathclyde Pension Fund is the beneficial owner of 1,601,707 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company representing 3.19% of the outstanding share capital of the Company. The shares are registered as Nortrust Nominees Account GCC02 and are managed by Gartmore Investment Limited.
